Build a Rental Property Empire

1) Buy a Rental Property
The most important part of the BRRR real estate strategy is to find great deals. Without an amazing deal, it simply doesn’t work.
Next you need to add value. Usually this is done with renovations but there are dozens of ways to add value!
Renovate the Property
It's Not Always Fun
It's not always easy... Here, I'm warming pipes during the coldest recorded winter in a century.
Once any upgrades are complete, it's time to rent any vacant units and bump rents in any occupied units. This helps increase the value as well.
RENT THE UNITS
If you added a lot of value, you can cash-out and get all (or most) of that money back to do it again!
